• Bookings
  1. To ensure the booking we ask for a down payment of 50 percent of the rent via bank transfer.
  2. We do not refund any payment if any kind of cancellation on part of the client occurs.
  3. The cleaning fee is 70 € per booking.
  4. In case of force majeure the apartment is not habitable; the owners are not responsible for the repair of breakages etc. which the client has to pay.
  5. For any kind of claim or demand please address yourself directly and as soon as possible either to the owners or their representatives especially for the situations in which clients have already vacated the apartment. Attic Views cannot be made responsible for any kind of claim.
  
  Check in
  At the time of check in/arrival at Attic Views a representative of the owners is going to welcome you and hand over the keys. We ask you to pay the remainder of the reservation and the security deposit of 150 Euros (one hundred and fifty) in cash.
• In order to help each other avoid all the annoying troubles, it is highly recommended to stick to the rules in following that will help you enjoy the best experiences during your stay:
  1. No parties allowed
  2. No noise in the common areas of the building
  3. Empty the garbage cans regularly
  4. When leaving the apartment, please turn of all the lights and all the domestic appliances
  
  The former complaints from the neighbourhood in regard of excessive noises are for: the apartment, the stairwell of the building or the common areas. Unsocial behaviour or any other nuisances will force us to make the client leave the apartment immediately without any kind of mutual refund according to decree of the Generalitat de Cataluña for holiday houses.
