Fantastic time in Selena’s beautiful condo.
We stayed a month in Selena’s condo and enjoyed it very much. It was nice to have a garage that we could access from the condo. We felt very secure there. Will stay again.
Well maintained condo with pleasant surroundings located in a secure area with nearby conveniences.
Selina, the property owner, was attentive to our needs and addressed any questions or concerns in a prompt, professional manner. I would never hesitate to rent from her in the future!!

The homeowner, Selina, was wonderful to work with. She responded quickly to my request(s) through VRBO, as well as personally. This was a business booking and she worked with us when we had changes and cancellations. The home was better than we expected, with amenities worth the price.

Nice clean condo but not the pool area and never saw security
I've never written a review before but I think I needed to here so everyone else is fully informed before they consider this unit. I don't want anyone else misinformed like we were. We stayed there for 4 1/2 weeks. The condo was nice and the garage was a real benefit in the hot sunny weather. Location was great, very close to the expressway and shopping. You will need a car if you stay here. Those were the pluses. I don't like writing a negative review but I fell I need to so other people will not waste there money if this unit will not fit their needs. The condo sits directly above 3 garages. One garage is for this condo the other two for the others. Every time someone comes home you hear the doors grind open and close, and this happens often in the middle of the night. The master bedroom is over one of them. On occasion we had someone ringing out doorbell after midnight and would not quit. I went into the stairwell and yelled at them and after a couple time they left. I never could find a security person to tell, and never saw one on the grounds. Now the major concern we have is with the pool. In the listing it states the pool is heated year around and kept very clean. We found this not to be true. The first week we were there the water was so cold you couldn't swim. When I saw the pool guy I asked him about that and he said he has maintained this pool for 5 yrs and when he started he was told to turn the heater off and never turn it back on. It's not been heated for at least 5 years. When we were able to use it I had to spend about 15-20 minutes cleaning it because of the stuff floating on top. The skimmers were never working and algie started growing on the skimmer area. They have a 2x6 laying over the waterfall that pigeons sit on and crap in the pool. Over the long 4 of July weekend it was so dirty it wasn't even used with temps over 100. There would be pigeon dropping on the cement around the pool and I would place chairs over it so no one would walk in it and 3 days later it was still there. I have pictures of all this. If you are a swimmer like we are this is not the condo for you. I contacted the owner about this and she said she's never had a complaint before. Maybe her other guests never used the pool I don't know. She also said she would contact her lawyer. Why? She was nice enough to rent her condo to us so I don't like writing a review like this but I don't want some else to have to find theses problems after spending their money.
Once again, I am sincerely sorry for the pool area, and I had no clue there was a problem. I did contact my attorney and a formal complaint was made to the HOA. I was assured all problems would be rectified by the HOA. (Why contact my attorney? I pay a small fortune in dues and expect the HOA to do their job. My attorney is very good at following through and making sure this happens!)
