Perfect venue for hanging with my family

This property is a treat. Amazing pool, lots of space, good borrowing collection of dvds and book, you can walk to the beach. We loved it.

We loved this house! It was spacious, charming, welcoming, conveniently located, and clean. The swimming pool was a huge hit with grandchildren and adults alike. We could ride bikes to the ocean (5 minutes) and also enjoy the bike paths. We would love to stay here again.

Our family of six stayed in this house for two weeks this summer. Our first trip to Kiawah was relaxing and well spent family time. The house was the perfect size for all of us, the pool was by far the highlight of our stay for our kids. We enjoyed biking to the beach (we rented our bikes) and when it was too hot for the kids we would spend the rest of the day at the pool. Beds and linens were great, kitchen well supplied, sectional sofa very comfortable. The only draw back, and it is minimal, would be the traffic noise from the busier Kiawah Island Parkway which is right behind the bike path in the backyard...the house is well cared for and updated and the wifi was a nice treat for everyone in our group. I personally loved the porch swing, so peaceful to sit outside in the late afternoon or early morning and enjoy the southern charm of the house. thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

This was the first time my wife and I took our 5-year-old son to the beach. This could not have been any more perfect! Kiawah Island is gorgeous and provides many activities, but we especially loved bike riding (on one of the many trails throughout the island, or on the beach), small crowds at the beach, and fine dining. Not to mention the world class golf! The house itself was fantastic. Very clean, comfortable, and provided with any household items needed and more. We also loved the location of the house. It is on a side street away from any main roads, about 5 minutes from the Freshfields Market and a minute from the beach. I would recommend this house in a heartbeat and hope to return some day soon.
