The property was exactly as described. Had an issue with the door. The safety latch closed on us when we closed the door. Called the manager and they helped us get back in very promptly. Great customer service!!!
The property is in need of repairs. The overall building as well as the condo/apartment we stayed it. It didnt look like the photo at all. Water was leaking from the air conditioner all over the floor and patio. Best thing about this property was the view.
It was a great stay overall. Loved the view, the room was clean, but there were some areas that were forgotten. I will definitely stay there again

Good value for a short trip
We had a great two days spent in San Juan for a night and then in downtown Condado. The location of this condo wasn’t as convenient for getting around on foot as we had hoped, but Uber made that manageable. The view is amazing from the balcony, but the unit itself was definitely not as clean as we had anticipated, especially considering such a high cleaning fee. Our feet were black and dusty from the floors and there were tiny bugs in the bathroom for our whole stay so we didn’t want to leave any of our toiletries out or leave clothes/towels lying on any surfaces. We probably wouldn’t stay again considering the location but it really was a good value for what we needed for two nights.
The view from the room was beautiful. Location was perfect and the Host Juliana was great!
Great location not the best service
The location and view of the room was great. However, we had trouble parking once we arrived since the parking key wasn’t in the room and the property manager didn’t seem to be aware of who from the staff had it and was able to give it to us. The property manager was very responsive over text but wasn’t available to meet when this happened. The room had an amazing view but it wasn’t very clean. The bathroom and bedroom didn’t seem to be thoroughly cleaned before we arrived (bedsheets included). We tried getting more towels but the protery manager advised that it would require an extra cost since the towels provided should suffice for the length of our stay. Would be courious to see how other units are managed in this building given the convenience of the location and privacy but would not return to the same unit/management team.
We are extremely sorry you had a less than amazing experience in our unit. We always strive to make our guest feel at home and for them to have a memorable experience in our island, so I genuinely apologize if this wasn't the case for you. Regarding the cleanliness of the unit-- there is no excuse. We pride ourselves in having our units impeccable so we appreciate you letting us know. I just wished you had given us the opportunity to correct the issue at the moment. If we have known we would have sent our housekeeper immediately.
However, that being said, we would like to clarify that the reason that there was no parking pass in the apartment is because the unit simply does not include parking; this is clearly stated on the listing and several times through out the check in instructions email we sent you. We made the rare exception of giving you a parking permit from another unit because we had the availability and the opportunity to go the extra mile. This is why is very surprising for us to read that you were so unhappy with how things were handled. All of our previous guests either paid the $15 per day valet parking or had to use the hourly parking nearby.
Since you had not read the check-in instructions, I guided you and your partner through the check in process when you arrived. The unit allows for self check in, and there was no emergency or situation that required my presence.
As I already said, we strive to give our guests the best possible experience, so we invite you to come back and stay with us for one night free of charge to give us the opportunity to turn it round.
