Construction Frustration
Nice and clean place. When doing our booking, the only thing that was noted about any type of construction that would be happening was, ***Hurricane Sally Repairs, Phase II, are anticipated to begin on September 18th and is expected to take up to 8 months for total completion. The outdoor pool will be closed from October 23rd, 2023 until approximately March 25th, 2024. Expect noise. Dates are subject to change.*** Nowhere in there did it say the construction would be taking place on the building itself. We were right next door to the construction and it lasted from 8-5 every day. This was the only downfall of the place and our stay. Next time anyone books this place, just make sure there isn't any construction taking place.

mostly good experience
the unit was clean and view was excellent. property as pictured. mattresses were poor and needed replacement. cook pans were very cheap and poor quality. there were no screens in either door to the patio! This was the most disappointing issue, because I travel a good distance by plane and auto to enjoy the sound of the surf minus mosquitos.

Short relaxing getaway
Was a lovely couple days at Orange Beach. The Palms is a beautiful place to stay. Highly recommend!

Orange Beach Stay
Great location and really easy check in process. Downside was the cleanliness of the condo just average and cushions outside need replacing. The noise factor from the condo above us was a challenge. You could really hear the moving of chairs and footsteps. We have stayed at other condos in the past and never that noisy. Great big balcony and easy use of elevators.

My Beach Birthday Get Away!
The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the balcony was large with comfortable furniture. The location was excellent because it was only a one mile drive to all of the restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well stocked and the refrigerator was large enough for all of our groceries. The beach was only a short walk from the condo but from September 30th to October 1st the beach was loaded with jelly fish. It was probably due to the recent hurricane but it made going into the water impossible. However, the indoor pool was warm and inviting. I will certainty be back but I will check the jelly fish forecast first!
