The home accommodated our large group. The upstairs area for the kids was awesome. Although when told a ping pong table and a pool table on the upstairs loft I expected the room to be bigger, and didn’t know it was not two separate tables

Close enough to the beach to walk and parking was never an issue. Pool and back in the area was wonderful

However, there are multiple things that were broken. Most notably is that we did not have Internet for the first three days, the property manager never got back to us we had to call the cable people ourselves and stay home on the Monday for five hours while they fix the problem. Also the Jacuzzi in the back was not working. The sliding doors in the upstairs bedroom or also not working and you could not get out to the deck.

I contacted the owner afterwards and asked for some sort of compensation, however I’ve yet to hear from her.

Overall we had a great time at the house and short of those few things we would stay there again

We had a wonderful stay, the house and pool were lovely and clean. It’s not far from the beach and Atlantic City casinos making it ideal for parents and kids.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this very large and beautiful beach home. The rooms were all very spacious. Lots of activities to do indoors and out. The hot tub was a treat after a long day with the kiddos. The kitchen looked newly renovated. We will be coming back soon. Candace was very sweet and accommodating.

The best feature of this house is the pool and pool area. There is plenty of seating for outdoor meals and the pool is large enough for everyone in your party to swim at the same time. And, there is also a nice hot tub out back. The layout inside the house allows for plenty of space with a large kitchen and dining area and an extended living room area with room for the little kids to play and still be supervised from another room. The upstairs game room is a great space for the kids to hang out as well. I would also like to commend the owners and property manager for their quick response time when we notified them of our concerns.

However, this property is far from luxurious. The overall appearance implies that not much new has been done to this house since it was purchased by the owners thirteen years ago. The appliances are old and include rust on the refrigerator door under the ice maker. The carpets are stained, and the master has several throw rugs (not pictured) that are all curled around the edges creating a tripping hazard. Most mattresses are hard and uncomfortable; the furniture is worn; the ceiling vents are dirty; and broken/nonworking items, such as old TVs, are stashed in a closet or behind a curtain rather than removed from the house. The place is also in need of a deep cleaning. A few of the showers had moldy areas; there was old food crumbs in the couch cushions; and one of our mattress pads had stains all over it. It was replaced immediately, but with a mattress cover no thicker than a dollar store tablecloth. It is also important to note, that the pictures on the website are not updated. There is no foosball table in the game room, only a pool table with felt in bad condition. There is also an old ping pong table that can be placed on top of the pool table. In addition, in order to access the upstairs game room and the other two bedrooms, you need to climb up a spiral staircase, which was also not pictured. One in our party was not steady enough to do this, and a few of the younger kids fell several times coming down.

We were initially excited about this house being the summer house we would return to each year because it fit our party's needs with regard to space and having a pool, but we were very disappointed at the overall condition of the house once we arrived considering the amount of money we paid.

We are long time renters of the villa and as usual, we enjoyed the house, the pool, the hot tub, the convienence of the golf course the closeness of the beach. We appreciate Candace and Miriams, efforts to keep the house updated and clean.
