This house was beautiful, clean and located perfectly for our trip to Universal!! David and Shelby were so responsive and accommodating!! Unfortunately, it was too chilly for us to enjoy the backdoor oasis but I can imagine that would've been wonderful!! I definitely recommend this property!!!

David's home was listed precisely how it was presented and was literally a walk away from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. The home was immaculate in its cleanliness, and was very spacious. The pool is shared with the shared unit adjacent to it but that proved to be no problem whatsoever. The additional option to bring a dog with you was also very much appreciated as I like having my furry best friend with me at all times and I would have hated to board her up. David was also extremely responsive to all of my questions from the time of booking to the time of checking in and ultimately till when it was time to check out. He answers within minutes! I really appreciated that when it came to planning how our weekend stay was going to shape up to be. I would definitely recommend David's place to anyone looking to stay here with either family and kids, as well as with a big group of friends. Thank you, David! I hope to stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed staying here and the short walk to Universal Studios. We had one issue with a window unable to close, but the owner and property manager were quick to come out and fix it as well as easy to ask questions about the property. The bunk room and the queen bed room were a little tight making them a little stuffy, but over all it was a good unit for two families. We would recommend this property to families wanting to stay close to the parks without having to stay on property.

Well-run property; plenty of room and very clean. We had a problem with the door lock code coming over to one of our phones-- each person gets a code for security-- but that was really due to our cell phone, and David was super about helping us work through it long before arrival. Easy check in and out, and Universal was right there for our boys-- just a couple of minutes' walk to Portofino and off to the parks.

Stove, fridge, icemaker, coffee maker all worked perfectly. Cabinets well-stocked. On-premise laundry is super convenient and owners even left laundry supplies which was a big help.

Highly recommended if you want to be close to Universal Studios and have a group of people who want to enjoy their down time as well.

This was a great rental. David was very quick in communicating. He was able to accommodate our late check out. We loved how close it was to universal. Is a great place for a family to stay.
