Not for us but might be perfect for you!
I'm giving the 3 stars only to share that this wasn't a terrible place, it just wasn't for us. It might be for you though so please read!
First, the good. The location can not be beat! We were there over Xmas and most of us intended on not skiing much, just chilling. It's on Main and is close to everything! We enjoyed walking everywhere, getting coffee, window shopping, even went to see a movie and got groceries. It was the best location I've stayed in Breck.
The place itself is very sufficient. The beds and bathroom were clean. The little TV worked great. Good amount of storage for clothes, etc. That said, it's pretty much a crash pad for those that want to ski, eat out, then come back and sleep. If this is what you are looking for, this spot is for you!
Ok, now the cons for us:
The big issue I think everyone would have a problem with was the noise. The building is on a boiler system and I know this because when it would warm, cool or anything, the pipes would BANG the walls. This happened throughout the day but every few hours in the dead of night was the worst. It sounded like our neighbors, people in the ceiling, or someone on the roof (depending where you were standing/sleeping) were SLAMMING 2x4s into the wall. It scared me at first then I realized what it was but that didn't stop it from waking me up several times a night.
Also, we are big on cooking while renting and this kitchen was minimally equip. They had a cigar cutter and cheese grater but only one red wine glass and all knives were dull.
We rewashed all the dishes as there was food bits and water marks on everything. (and after one wash didn't do it, my partner had to clean out the clogged filter in the dishwasher yuuck and that helped get the next cycle clean). But again, if you are just looking for a crash pad, this won't matter and this would be a great place for you.
Also a note that if you are a hot sleeper - the bigger bed is some kind of memory foam and gets very warm. While lying on my back, my top was chilly while by back was sweating.
We had real trouble getting the fireplace to work on the last 2 days (it worked fine the 5 other days) and the office/owner was helpful. Great response time if you have any issues!
Overall a nice experience but we probably won't be back unless it's just to ski for a few days and not hang out, cook, shop, etc.
I had no idea there was only one wine glass, i will be definitely adding more to the inventory. As far as the pipes are concerned, know you were getting that noise, I could have had my heating guy come and take a look. Things need fixing once in awhile and the boiler system should not be that loud. I apologize for this nuisance. I will be asking the owners to upgrade their kitchen inventory and cookware. I also try to keep things on hand if needed, so you shouldn't ever hesitate to ask. Since you loved the location, I encourage you to check out a couple of our bigger pet-friendly places, I am positive they wouldn't disappoint. Thanks for staying with us.
Great location, just OK place
Within 5 minutes of entering the condo, our dog pulled a large piece of half eaten toast out from under the couch. Yikes! The on-line photos were very flattering as the living room furniture, carpet and pillows are very tired. And I didn't notice there is no dining table which would have been ok except sitting on the small hard stools at the kitchen counter was not comfortable. The location is terrific with the July 4th parade going right by and the art festival just across the street and many restaurants very close. Karla is very friendly and helpful.
The location in Breck could not be better. Walk to the lifts yet right on main street.
The unit was basic, but well equipped. Beds were a bit soft and the walls a bit thin. The management was super helpful.
Finally, it was dog friendly, just great!

Cozy, cute and incredible location
The location is amazing! We walked to the quicksilver lift each morning—so nice to not have to drive anywhere. I’m fact, our car never moved the whole 4 days we stayed. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. The kitchen is fully equiped for cooking any meal you can think of as well. The hot tubs were great too—perfect for soaking after a long day on the slopes. Loved this place and will definitely come back!

Very clearly is being used as a rental unit. Must be making a killing.
Location was great, just what we were looking for. The pull out bed was just terrible. Very loud, very uncomfortable. Outside of that bed. and the downstairs neighbors partying and playing guitar (hooked up to an Amp) until 3am, it was fantastic.
I'm so sorry to hear that you had loud guests Robert. I could have handled that situation for you if I had known. The sofa bed is getting replaced as soon as possible. Thanks for letting me know about that.
Great location, total crash pad.
The location gives it 3 stars. The place itself is more of a crash pad for skiers. Thin walls and thin ceiling. We did have a maintenance issue that was resolved within 24 hours.
