Casa Antonia is a country house of about 120 m2 located in Zahora (Barbate district), it is a very quiet and familiar area, this house affectionately bears the name of my mother, in it we enjoyed years of great happiness as a family.

As you can see in the photos, I have maintained the exterior design and the interior has been completely restored, making it truly cozy, so that when you visit, you feel at home.

As soon as you enter, you find an outdoor patio and a covered porch of about 40m2, ideal for taking in the air, the sun and enjoying a good meal or barbecue with the family. It is a stone barbecue, it only allows the use of charcoal, please do not use firewood, as it would damage the structure.

I supply firewood for the fireplace in autumn and winter free of charge. Please use it freely, I advise you to leave a small stock on the porch, for your daily use, firewood, they tend to have small animals, such as termites, and they can become an annoying occupation for you and the house.

The small, covered porch is equipped with a teak table and chairs, there is a small ramp up to the porch for people with reduced mobility or to facilitate the entry of parents and the baby stroller.

Welcome to Casa Antonia, you are now in the living room, a very cozy and spacious open-plan dining room, with fireplace, 3000 frigories air conditioning unit and heating, installed in March 2024.

The SMART TV is 55 ", acquired in March 2024 and is adapted to connect with the channels of your country. Perfect for Spanish or foreign visitors, it is a very appreciated service especially for the client with a longer stay, also You can use Amazon prime (Alexa).
The WIFI (fiber optic) internet connection is quite good, perfect for working.

In the living room, orange tones predominate, which are offset by 2 leatherette sofas, one 3-seater and the other 2-seater in bottle green. I have given special interest to personalized decoration and comfort so that they feel at home.

The kitchen is separated from the living room by a rustic brick American bar, fully equipped with basic appliances, refrigerator, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan.
It has all the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, two types of coffee makers, toaster, water heater, mixer, juicer, iron.

Casa Antonia has 2 bedrooms and 1 office with a sofa bed.

It is equipped for 4 people in 2 bedrooms with 2 very comfortable double beds and 2 built-in wardrobes.

The main room has a second air conditioning unit of 3000 frigories and heating installed. It is continuous to the office.

The office consists of a small desk perfect for working, with a mobile heater, to stay warm in winter, it also has as an extra, a quite comfortable 120 cm sofa bed, ideal for the little one in the family or an adult, each Which one gives you the use you need.
I always used it as an office, on the desk, the router is installed, fiber optic (wifi) very good 28Mgps connection, ideal for those people who work online.

The summers are hot, but the house is cool, according to customer comments, they hardly need to use the air conditioning.
Winters, on the other hand (December, January and February), are usually humid, it is necessary, as well as pleasant, to turn on the fireplace and the heating, the sea surrounds Cape Trafalgar.
Spring and autumn is warm.

Sheets, bath towels and blankets are also included, washed at 60° for each client change. If you prefer, you can bring your own, although you can have the peace of mind of sleeping on clean sheets.

All windows have mosquito nets, they were changed in 2020, I recommend always keeping them closed. The entrance to the house has curtains (let's avoid annoying mosquitoes typical of summer).

The bathroom is very lively, it was restored in March 2021, I have adapted it for people with reduced mobility and access with a sliding door, it has everything you need, a hairdryer, with a clean filter after each change of client, a first aid kit and of course, the shower with plate at one level.

The washing machine and dryer are located in an exterior room, on the side of the house, which is also the hanging area. You can also make use of a mobile clothesline.

In this area of ​​the house, there is an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off with cold well water when returning from the beach, which, by the way, is a 10-minute walk away and is a well-marked rural walk that takes you directly to the Zahora beach,s, Sajorami Beach, Chiringuito de Juan, Amarna, located right on the beach, where in addition to enjoying an unforgettable and guaranteed sunset, you can also enjoy live music and why not a mojito or an aperitif.

Keep an eye on Zahora! January and February are months of rest for the hotel staff and many restaurants close, it is a time of fireplace and calm, you can enjoy long and quiet walks along the wonderful beaches of this land, hiking through the Breña, bike, surfing , windsurfing, paddlesurfing.

You can travel by bicycle along the bike path that connects all the districts and towns from Conil to Barbate. A perfect place for lovers of hiking and cycle tourism, it has a rural and quiet location where you can enjoy the sea and nature.

Visit our towns with historical charm such as Vejer de la Frontera, Barbate, Conil de la Frontera, Medina Sidonia, Tarifa... it is worth visiting and tasting the excellent cuisine of the province of Cádiz and its national historical and artistic complex. It won't let you down.

Casa Antonia is located in a very quiet, familiar but central area, on a dead-end road, so vehicle traffic is minimal.
